We have several stock airfoils that are not necessarily "custom cores". These are worth way more than what we charge! It really is fun! Got a "CLUB ONE DESIGN RACE" in mind? When we get one design races and combat sessions going, we see members and non members show up by the dozens to club events. We have these in stock right now and waiting to be shipped. A. "30" series Thermal wing semi-kit 7.5 inch chord (same as Thermal Panther see picture)

B. CLARK-Y Lifting airfoil 7.5 and 8 inch chords
CLARK-Y airfoil is very good for relaxing gentle flight in thermal or at the slopes. Also EXCELLENT for the new park fliers. This airfoil was one of the first recognized airfoils and many full size aircraft still use it to this day. Incredible amounts of research still go into it everyday. It is extremely stable and forgiving, thick so therefore sturdy and works well for thermal, slope or powered aircraft.

C. Semi Symmetrical 7 inch chord (same as the EUREKA glider)
This wing is SUPERB for a stable strong slope wing. Recently many orders for this wing in white foam and used for park fliers- let me know if you need a special order.

E. Really simple flat bottomed 6 inch airfoil for .049 and SPEED 400
Really simple flat bottom 6 inch airfoil works great for your .049 gas or Speed 400 electric project. These cores are like the ones ACE used to make years ago. They are available in both THICK and THIN. The THICK cores are used for direct replacement of the ACE cores and the THIN is a more aerodynamic version. Parkflyer pilots have been snapping these up from us! Popular wingspan for this airfoil with .049 and electric is 30 to 36 inches)

These are cut with two spar slots (one top and one bottom) for 1/8th by 1/4 inch spars. Design your own plane today- it's easy with these cores! Just build a fuselage and leave a flat spot on the top 6 inches long and your set!

CUSTOM WING CORES
If you have a special airfoil or are designing your own plane and would like us to cut your wing panels for you, let us know. We custom cut wing cores and airframe parts. We have a full manufacturing facility utilising state of the art (such as CNC foam cutting machines) as well as time tested foam cutting equipment. We have access to the full University of Illinois Airfoil Database, so just pick an airfoil and let us know what you need!
