We are working on getting more photographs posted to the site.

We are back online after a month or two of hardships where we almost lost our shop and office due to rain and storm damage up here in the PAC NORTHWEST. We appreciate the offers of help during those times, as well as your patience while we worked to get orders out while working out of storage units and without internet access.
We are still trying to solve the problems on the PRODUCTS pages. When we did our last upload, it seems we had everything linked to a local host, and not the webpages. We are still fighting the damage to our office computer, and are busy reloading programs on a new machine. Thanks for the emails notifying us that this was still a situation. We are working towards doubling our shop space again to allow for more storage of ready to ship items and allow us to keep even more raw materials onhand.
We also need to room to complete work on our EUREKA 100 and the ODR/XC Cross County racer. XC or Cross County is some of the most fun you can have with an RC sailplane, a pickup truck and a team of friends racing across the countryside trying to get as many road miles in as you can. We
made some changes this month to the website, updates and adding
some new products.
We
added the FRY page with the intro pricing. The final version
of the drawn plans are still being finished, but the plane
builds fine with the plans that will be shipped to you via
email when you order.
We
added the STEELHEAD SS wings to the products page as well
as the custom cut wing cores pages.
We
took off the MOSQUITO sailplane while we do a little more
work to her and will probably change the name when we do that.
too many people thought the name was the class size and were
mistaking it for the FRY SAL MHLG

We
restructured our shipping department into a much better system
that lets us keep track of the orders and shipments as well
as general wharehousing and raw materials supply upkeep. We
know this will decrease the time it takes for you to recieve
your order.

In
order to conserve shipping costs and to allow for faster shipping
times, you will most likely recieve your instructions via
email. Shipping costs have been rising and we are trying to
keep the actual shipped weight down to a minimum. Some of
the planes we sell have 10 to 20 pages of printed instructions
and the weight as well as costs of these instructions was
getting quite high. We have found that most customers have
been happy with recieveing their instructiosn in this form
and enjoy getting the instructions before their box arrives.
Please let us know what your thoughts on this change are.
Make
sure you let us know what you think.
Please
make sure we have your photos of you and your STEELHEADPRODUCTS.COM
aircraft for our picture gallery. We think they will go great
on the new website.
